EULAR 2024 | ACCREDITATIONS

EULAR applied for AIFA accreditation and is officially compliant.
 

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).

The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:

The EULAR 2024 Congress has been awarded with 22.5 CME Credits by EACCME.

Certificate of Attendance (COA) including CME credits of EULAR 2024 will only be available for download and given to delegates who attended the on-site congress 2024 in Vienna. Registered participants who did not attend the onsite congress in Vienna will not have access to the certificate of attendance.

Log into your  EULARCongress account. 

A box “Certificate of Attendance” will appear in your account dashboard so you can fill in the survey to obtain your CME certificate.

Once this is done, you can click on "create certificate", which also includes the number of awarded CME points. If you do not fill in the survey, the download button will not appear.


 

The EULAR 2024 Congress has received the status COMPLIANT.

Insurance and liability

It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. EULAR and CongreX as organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to congress participants.


Smoking policy

Smoking in the congress centre is not permitted.


Services for the disabled

All the rooms at the congress venue are fully accessible to participants with disabilities.


Private events policy

All requests from companies/organisations to host private events during the congress must be submitted in writing to the EULAR Office in Kilchberg, Switzerland, by 1 March 2023 at the latest.
