For all participants

All participants who register for the EULAR 2024 Congress will receive a free public transportation ticket for the core zone (formerly zone 100) in Vienna. This ticket is valid from Wednesday, 12 June to Saturday, 15 June 2024. The ticket will be printed on your registration badge and must be collected at the registration desk (Hall D) in the congress venue in Vienna.

1. Ordinary Delegates are physicians, pharmacists, veterinarians and dentists.
   Proof of status is required.
2. Other Delegates are members of the medical, dental or pharmacy professions or scientists who are not physicians, pharmacists, veterinarians and dentists.
3. Ordinary Trainees are Delegates in training (clinicians) who are physicians, pharmacists, veterinarians and dentists.
   Proof of status is required.
4. Other Trainees are non-tenured scientists, i.e. scientists not being professor or associate professor, who are not physicians, pharmacists, veterinarians and dentists.
   Proof of status is required.
5. HPR Delegates are members of the medical or pharmacy professions, who are not Delegates or Trainees.
   A letter of confirmation by the Head of Unit or Institute, showing the status, must be provided when registering.
6. Students are students under 28 years of age.
   Proof of status and of age is required.
7. PARE Delegates are representative and / or staff members of patient organisations.
   A letter of confirmation from the PARE organisation showing the status must be provided when registering as PARE delegate.
8. Patients and family members are persons suffering from rheumatic or musculoskeletal diseases (RMD) or their family members, all of whom not being professionals in the field of rheumatology.
   A confirmation of not being a professional in the field of rheumatology must be submitted with the registration form.
9. Company delegates "pharma" are employees or representatives of pharmaceutical companies.
   EULAR will request a confirmation from the pharmaceutical company or another proof of status.
10. Company delegates "non-pharma" are employees or representatives of non-pharmaceutical companies with an interest in rheumatology.

1. Create an account or login in the Congress platform and 'group registration' tab.
2. Select a package to purchase: Click on “buy contingent” for the required amount of registrations. You will receive a confirmation and invoice via email.

Important notes:

• Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Alipay) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be chosen/added in the ticket purchase process. Invoices are due within 10 days after the date of issuance. All payments (ticket purchases - registrations & congress dinner) are subject to a handling fee of 3.5% if paid by credit card or bank transfer.
• Individual participant data can be entered under 'add participants'. Please note that the following information for each participant is required:
• Individual e-mail address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
• Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
• Proof of status is requested for selected registration categories (HPR delegates, Trainees, Students)
• Once entry of participant data is completed, the registration tickets need to be allocated to individual participants. To do this, click on 'distribution' to allocate the tickets.
• We kindly ask you to provide this information in full by 24 May 2024.
• Registration confirmations can be sent to your guests in your group account. Please click on “group registration” and “registration confirmations”. The registration team will send no confirmations to your guests.
   

About third-party registration ("I want to register someone else")

1. To register a third-party, please log in or create an EULAR congress account.
   Do not use someone else’s credentials.
2. After the log in please click on “individual registration” and start the registration process.
   You will be asked if you would like to register yourself or someone else. Please click on “someone else” and enter the email address of your guest as well as the name and address details and continue with the registration. This way you are the registration owner (contact person), the registration invoice is sent to you exclusively.

The European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology, EULAR, sill accepts applications for complementary registration for access to the on-demand platform (available after the congress as of Monday 17 June 2024). Deadline for on-demand access application: 30 June 2024, 23:59 CEST. Please send your motivation letter to eular@eular.org.

The European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology, EULAR, has decided that delegates and companies based in the Russian Federation and Belarus cannot attend the EULAR 2024 European Congress of Rheumatology in Vienna.
